You will sail through romance in the lap of eroticism. A complex of 22 erotic temples built around 10th Century by the Chandella Kings form as a backdrop to this most romantic Dance Festival . Khajuraho a small town , is known the world over for these group of temples, exquisitely carved, a fine example of Bundella art, defying the scriptures of the Kama Sutra, Kama Karma & Kama Silpa. This week long Dance Festival marks the advent of Spring and enjoys a world vide reputation with tourist thronging this small town

Day    Programme

1. Arrive Delhi to hotel for overnight

2. Breakfast. Full day Tour Of Old & New Delhi. Overnight in hotel

3. Breakfast Drive to Agra en-route visit Tomb Of Akbar at Sikandra. On arrival check-in to hotel.
   Late afternoon tour of Agra Fort & Taj Mahal. Remain at the Taj Mahal till sunset. Return to hotel.

4. Breakfast. Spend the morning leisurely at the Taj Mahal. Thereafter transfer to airport for flight to Khajuraho. On arrival transfer to hotel. Evening attend the Khajuraho Dance Festival which is heldIn flood light with the Chandella group of Temples as a backdrop. You will watch some of India’s most exponent dancers & danseuse who have earned world fame in the niche world of Classical Dances. The performance will include different disciplines of classical dances like Kathakali, Bharat Natyam, Odyssey, Kuchipudi, Manipuri, Bihu etc.

5. Breakfast. Full day tour of Chandella Temples. Unfortunately only 22 of the original 85 temples built in 10th Century by the Chandella Kinga have survived the ravages of time.
   Eastern Group- Jain Temples, the largest of which is the Parsvanath Temple with exquisite carvings and fine sculptures, including the most outstanding masterpiece , the statue of an “ Apsara” ( courtesan ) removing a thorn from her foot.
   
   The Western Group of Temples stand in a separate enclosure and contain the largest group of elaborately carved figurines, chariots, animal & bird life. Of notable mention are Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Devi Jagdamba Temple, Lakshmana Temple, Chitragupta Temple with an unusual eleven headed statue of Lord Vishnu depicting His Ten Incarnations, Vishwanath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Chausath Yogini Temple ( the oldest of all built in 900 AD) dedicated to Goddess Kali and the shrine is still worshipped .
   Return to hotel. Evening watch another performance of the Dance Festival in flood light. Overnight in hotel.

6. Breakfast. Morning at leisure. Transfer to airport for flight to Delhi. Tour
